Jackie Macken was truly amazing. After extensive research, she was able to locate the perfect waterfront home that had only been on the market for less than two hours! She immediately prepared my offer and submitted it right away. Our first challenge was the property had multiple offers, one of which was at a higher price than I had offered. Jackie convinced the listing agent that I was the best and most qualified buyer. We were able to come to terms and the property went under contract in November.
